A:After you have purchased our equipment and the machine arrive at your factory, you can make an appointment
with our engineers to provide on-site guidance on installation, debugging, and training. The specific operation is set according to your needs.
Q3:What is your warranty policy?
A:Our entire machine is guaranteed for one year (excluding vulnerable parts), and during the warranty period,
any component damage caused by quality reasons all could be in free shipping of new parts.Damaged parts that
exceed the warranty period require pay the part's price and shipping fee for purchase. Many of the accessories
we use are internationally renowned brands. If you don't want to purchase from us, you can purchase them locally

Product Description

The above is a kind of water spray retort machine,it has the following advantages:
1.Indirect heating or indirect cooling,the cooling water doesn't contact with the process water,avoiding secondary pollution of the food,and no need to use water to treat the chemical.High temperature sterilization for a short time.
2.The steam consumption is reduced,and the steam and the sterilized water after atomization are directly mixed in the sterilizer to increase the speed of temperature rise and fall.
3.A small amount of process water is quickly circulated to quickly reach the predetermined sterilization temperature.
4.Low noise,creating a quiet,comfortable working environment.
5.Perfect pressure control,the pressure of the entire production process is constantly adjusted to adapt to changes in the
internal pressure of the product packaging,especially for products containing gas packaging.

Spraying sterilization have three different spray types:top spray,side spray and full spray.Based on different packages products,we will 
give you different suggestions.
