Equipment Characteristics

A.Indirect heating indirect cooling,the cooling water is not in contact with the process water,avoiding secondary pollution of the food,and no need to use water to treat the chemical.High temperature sterilization for a short time.
B.The steam consumption is reduced,and the steam and the sterilized water after atomization are directly mixed in the sterilizer to increase the speed temperature rise and fall.
C.A small amount of process water is quickly circulated to quickly reach the predetermined sterilization temperature.
D,Water is sprayed from different angles,and steam,air and water are mixed to from a perfect temperature distribution.
E.Low noise,creating a quiet ,comfortable working environment.
F.The retort is equipped with four movable temperature sensing probes,which can monitor the F value of the food center and the heat distribution in the kettle at any time to keep abreast of the heat penetration.
G.Perfect pressure control ,the pressure of the entire production process is constantly adjusted to adapt changes in the internal pressure of the product packaging,especially for products containing gas packaging.
H.Process water preheating system(optional) ensures continuous warming of warm and hot filled products.
