Therefore, it has strong biological toxicity and infectivity.
Due to the strong biological toxicity and infectivity of medical waste, the indiscriminate discharge or improper disposal methods of untreated medical waste can cause pollution and even fatal harm to the environmental safety of water bodies, atmosphere, soil, etc. Environmental pollution will ultimately lead to the occurrence of various human diseases and the destruction of the human living environment. Pour medical waste into the sterilization transfer box specially configured for the sterilization kettle, and will automatically transport the transfer box to the sterilization kettle. When the sterilization kettle is full, close the front and rear sterilization kettle doors and wait for sterilization treatment.
After the two sterilization kettle doors are closed, press the "Sterilization" button, and the system will automatically perform its own sterilization process. Sterilization treatment is divided into five stages: pre vacuum cooling, heating, sterilization, post vacuum drying, and drainage and exhaust to ensure sterilization effectiveness.
After sterilization,the front door is fully opened, the sterilization kettle automatically sends out the transfer boxes one by one. Through the download cage conveyor line, they are sent to the elevator, which rises and pours the sterilized medical waste into the crusher for crushing. Crushing and shaping treatment can prevent illegal recycling and make subsequent incineration or landfilling more convenient.
At last,collect and transport,send the crushed waste to the garbage truck and finally to the disposal site.
Due to the special nature of medical waste, reducing personnel contact is an effective way to protect against infection. Therefore, the disposal process of medical waste is fully automated, which can effectively reduce personnel infection, reduce labor force, and lower costs. The automation operation in the process of medical waste disposal ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of disposal.
